location was handy

The apartment was very tired and dirty. The kitchen cupboards/oven/fridge were filthy, chipped crockery, cutlery so poor the forks would bend when using them, had to wash baking trays before they could be used, the internal hall light didn't work. Very noisy boiler in bedroom. Floors needed sweeping. Shared hallway was messy.

That it had its own parking. The lawn outside was well kept.

The house overall was not clean. Absolutely horrible beds (the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on - caused backpains). The stairs leading up to apartment were like stairs from hell. Small, uneven and pathetic. The entire house's heating was off and a temporary portable heater was kept which is absurd. The washroom was a joke , 2 facets on the sink (who even uses 2 facets?, are we living in 1800s). The shower had a small geyser which was very inefficient to heat water up. Basic necessaties like soap was not even provided.

Location was good. Walking distance from shops etc.

Basics like toilet roll and bin bags were missing. It wasn't obvious how to turn on the heating. Kitchen missing basic items like oven gloves.

It was not equipped with basic things like tea, coffee, extra bin bag, washing up liquid.

Location was good, right next to a pub with shops nearby, train station, takeaways and a lovely cafe that does a very good breakfast.

The bedrooms are very small with no wardrobes or anywhere to hang your clothes. There's no bath mat either or anything to hold on to when coming out of the shower. We also noticed that the carbon monoxide alarm was switched off.

the property offers private parking, which is amazing. apartment was rather big, had lots of natural light coming in.

our apartment was on the second floor, and the stairs were very steep, quite difficult to use when carrying luggage. the smallest bedroom didn’t have a wardrobe.
