Lovely, friendly welcome. Plenty of room in the clean, comfortable flat. Great food and service in the pub.

Good place to stay, it was quiet- even though it was over the pub. Good location.

Not really a problem but lots of different levels as you move through the apartment, so you had to memorise the changes so you didn’t trip.

Nice flat, very clean and spacious. In the middle of the New Forest.. Nice dinner.

Very poor breakfast. Toast, butter and jam...no bacon or eggs. A bit disappointing for the UK as you are expecting a cooked breakfast. Especially for the price you pay. Some 4* hotels nearby had cheaper offers with breakfast included but we thought it would be nicer there. Well... overpriced.

The property itself was very nice and the people were very welcoming. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

You would need to have own transportation.

We absolutely liked our stay. The owner was very friendly and approachable. The surroundings were amazing and the view was breathtaking. The apartment was very well equipped, spaciouswe were offered coffee and we had already some breakfast in our kitchen. We definitely recommend the apartment and we would go back happily.

To our opinion it was slightly more expensive.

The location in the middle of the New Forest was stunning. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we were made to feel really welcome. Great pub food too - we had a fab roast for Sunday lunch!
