"Not bad, would stay again."

Location was excellent, very quiet as well.

Door hinges need lubricating, no one could get in without you knowing as you’d hear them from a mile away. Parking also a bit challenging with space.

Spacious, comfortable and great location.

Drainer would be better in the kitchen for pots. Also hooks on the bathroom or bedroom door for towels or coats would be amazing. Not that it affected the stay. Amazing host.

Cleanliness, in the bathroom in particular, could have been better. The shower drain smells really bad

"Great location, flat great but needs more attention to detail."

Good location, good parking.

3 flights of stairs, not ideal for some people. Could do with better cleaners, lots off areas missed eg bathroom (massive hairs on tiles, spider webs, mould) broken toilet flush. Streaks on bathroom mirror. Dust in most places, top of fridge & kitchen edges. Roman blind in living room sits ‘weird’ Feather cushions & pillows not ideal if you’re allergic. Careful of sliding rugs.

Location

Not clean. Broken blind. Windows left open, so it was cold and damp. Fire exit blocked. Dirty duvet stored in cupboard. Dirty sock found under rug. Uncomfortable pillows. Extractor fan not working. Toilet brush holder had not been cleaned.

"Adequate for the location and money but too many steps"

Walking distance to York tourist attractions and choice of places to eat. Bed was comfortable. Kettle worked. View of the city wall.

44 stairs up to apartment, which were described to me in writing as "there are a few steps to reach this 2nd floor apartment but it's quite manageable ". The bathroom fan was very noisy and ran on for ages after switching the light off. So we had to leave the hall light on at night or be kept awake. Shower was very slippy, only 1 hand towel between 2 of us. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. And if there was any wind, something was hitting the roof above us which kept us awake for hours on 2 nights of our stay.

Great location, clean, bed, shower, sofa etc all good

My partner thought there was a slight musty smell, and possibly painted over mould in the bedroom
