The cracked wardrobe mirror being taped over the full crack. Maybe health & safety issues there

Self check in was easy Location was good, very close to city walls. Appartment was very homely with everything we needed. York is a beautiful city with plenty to do and see

There was a break in the mirrored wardrobe door that had tape on it, it needs replacing. I would gave loved a bath tub in the appartment

Proximity to city walls was great, and an easy walk into the historic centre. Free parking was good, but not able to access the space for the apartment as other people had parked badly, so we had to leave our car in a visitors space

Not very clean. Having read previous reviews, and the replies, it is disappointing that none of the previous issues have been addressed. There is still no storage in the bedroom as the wardrobe is full of clutter. There are no hooks on the bathroom door, there is a revolting drain smell in the bathroom and the extractor fan is full of cobwebs. There is still mould on the bedroom window, and the sliding glass door is cracked from top to bottom and held together with sticky tape. As there is a compulsory cleaning charge of £50 added to any stay, even for 2 nights, I would have expected a much better standard of cleanliness

The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring York.

Hidden costs for damage Insurance which is not shown when booking. Potentially an extra £250 or additional £25 which you do not get back.

The property had lots of character, lovely home away from home touches.

Damp smell in bathroom

Super clean and nicely decorated place with nice finishing touches. Kitchen was very well equipped, appreciated the nice big shower. Free car parking is a great bonus in York. The location couldn't be more central and yet it is very peaceful.

Dirty duvet but hotel did replace next day but with a winter tog rating in May in UK Cracked dangerous mirror in bedroom, did not like hosts response Fire door was blocked with junk and its existence not even mentioned since it was at back of a sliding wardrobe. We requested no feathers but there were 6 feather cushions in lounge and bedroom
