Bed was comfy and good location

I was disgusted that we couldn't get a refund due to a family emergency, nor even a partial refund. So beware... you will not get any money waivers from this place. The bath was dirty and full of the previous persons hair.

Great sized apartment near Moorfields Station in Liverpool

I liked the apartment itself - it was spacious and modern - easy, carefree living 😊I also liked the view from the lounge.

As the keypad wasn't working at the front entrance I had to use the side entrance which had some litter and a lot of cigarette ends on the floor, almost as if someone had emptied a large ashtray.

The location was perfect and had lots of facilities. It would benefit from a deep clean of blinds, bed under mattress etc which were quite dirty. All the basics were clean but would benefit a deep clean

Location was great easy access to get in and out also nice and quiet nice modern decor

The bed had been repaired with boards and was very noisy to sleep on and uncomfortable
