The apartment was clean, it was very cosy & the instructions were straight forward for the keyless door lock. The owner sent through the information about the apartment immediately after we contacted her to let her know we had arrived

Easily accessible, clean, comfy, modern with all amenities required. Looking forward to our next stay in May.

Issue with tv in lounge, found it difficult to get it to work. Not a major concern has we didn't spend that much time in the apartment.

Great location, comfortable, had everything we needed.

There was some damage to the property from a previous occupant. It would have been helpful to know about it before we arrived. The host was helpful when I contacted them about this.

"Shame as it’s got potential"

It was lovely & spacious flat, in a great location. Unfortunately there were too many issues with cleanliness.

Unfortunately the property was damaged & not clean. The bedding hadn’t been changed. Everywhere was dusty from lampshade, blinds, table had smears & a massive hole in the wall behind the sofa. The bathroom door didn’t shut due to damage to the property caused by previous occupants, we weren’t informed until I rang to let them know. They did comeback to change the bedding, but the damage was done. We slept on top off the bed & left early the next morning. Its a shame as it’s got a lot of potential, I recommend they get a new cleaner, as clearly they’re not doing their job.
