This Garden Room is a lovely cottage with all you could need for a very comfortable stay, all was spotlessly clean and plenty of equipment to use in the kitchen if you like cooking. Only a short journey to Filey and looking out over lovely scenery. Thank you to our Hostess Tracey.

It is just off the Bridlington to Filey road but the noisy of traffic was minimal didn't bother us.

I loved the location.perfect for walks into Filey,close to Primrose Valley and Reighton sands. Nice pub close aswel ,the Royal Oak.I visited Filey town,Scarborough,Cayton Bay, Danes Dyke,Bridlington and Flamborough.Tracey made me feel welcome ,explained everything clearly and was an excellent host.Very comfortable place to stay. Would love to stay there again. Thankyou!.

Nice clean modern accommodation with off road parking. The location is handy if you intend to use it as a base to travel by car to Filey, Bridlington, Scarborough about 15 mins or Whitby about 45 mins away.

The property is straight off a very busy main and road.so it's unsuitable for young children to be left outside unsupervised.

Great value. Spotless. Lovely lady who meets and greets etc. 10 mins to Filey front. Kitchen spot on. Sitting room warms up quickly.. TV good ,loads of Sky channels. I repeat, fab value

Noisy with road/ train crossing. You get used to it. It.s in the price remember. Smashing value. Parking safely- you need to come from the direction of Filey- park parallel to house front,then reverse in , but only when road is clear. Partner needs to check this. Do not drive straight in or a tricky reverse has to be done. Nice lady will swap parking slots with you if you ask. Bit of practice,you.ll be fine. A great stay! Thanks Jacky! Ps You could easily pay double elsewhere! Cracking value , if you.re on a budget like us.
