"A home from home."

Spotlessly clean accom. Tracey and her daughter were kind and helpful. Location perfect for my requirements. Electric meter already £5 in credit on my arrival. Comfortable and private.

Parking at first was a little awkward, but after practice, became easier throughout my stay.

The place was lovely, clean and very homely. A lovely greeting and help to find location. It 's a great place to go and explore the coastal areas..Tracey was very kind and was there if we needed anything and left milk and biscuits on our arrival. A good break away and would go back as well as telling our friends about it.

"Gem of Filey"

Perfect location, very clean and tidy, comfortable space and beds. Lovely walks and pubs near by, 3 minute drive into filey. Little treat left for the kids which they loved and Tracey was fantastic!! Will be back

"A Filey gem."

A nice relaxing break everything provided at The Garden Room we needed.Close to Filey Town and other beaches and country side views.

A little awkward pulling in and out with the car but it wouldn't put us off staying there again.
