Thank you for a fantastic stay i didnt want to come home. I had no idea where to put the rubbish is the only problem i hope it didnt cause much inconvenience. Thank you again

Great location and very homely, and with everything you could need.

We just weren’t sure where the bins were for our rubbish. otherwise it was a perfect base for a visit to the area.

Location. Shower was good.

The property hadn’t been hoovered. Ashley was rushing around while we were there cleaning the bathrooms. We had to put beds together despite requesting this at time of booking. No double duvets. When we moved the beds the dust was horrendous. The dust in the extractors was horrendous. We had an asthmatic with us who really suffered. We had to empty the dishwasher from the last guests. There was a cracked wine glass in the dishwasher. No bags for the bin provided. The bin lid left on the floor across from the bin. Towels didn’t smell fresh at all, we washed them. No pillow protectors. We requested extra pillows as only one was on the beds which was totally flat. We were given cases and put them of ourselves. There was an awful used soap left in the shower. I tried around 8 times to contact the owner on the day of check in, left a voice mail but it was a Irish number and I never got a call back. The owner appeared in email to get shirty with me.

clean, tidy, spacious, close to everything we need, large rooms, kitchen was fantastic, bus just around the for Edinburgh city. could not have pick a better place
