Well-appointed flat in great location, near new tram station and bus terminus. Very quiet and comfortable

Could have provided a few more essentials. Checking in rules could be more straightforward and not requiring so much notice, although the owner and manager responded promptly.

Great location.. such a lovely area, and really close to the city. Spacious apartments with everything you need.

Parking permit was an issue, you need to let the owner know at least two weeks in advance for it to be posted to you. This wasn’t made clear and resulted in a last minute stress and expense of finding an alternative parking arrangement. Not to do with apartment but don’t rely on taxi’s!! Local buses were so much more reliable, helpful and much cheaper.

very nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for one couple and friend. We were happy to have kitchen to prepare all breakfasts and a few meals. washer dryer allowed us to do laundry. Comfortable living room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great public transit options from Waverley station/ centre of city to property.

Nothing to dislike aside from a little hard to locate the property.

Great location, calm area. Cafes, shops and bus stop nearby. Easy to get to anywhere in the city. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has everything you need for living. I liked that they took care of the availability of drinking water. There were three bottles in the refrigerator.

Every spacious ,clean ,quite properly and easy access to public transport

They could have provide basic complementary like milk ,coffee power , tea bags and bread. They missed to provide kitchen tissue.

The flat was ideally situated in Leith, with good bus (and soon-to-be tram) links into Edinburgh. Light and airy, close to a good shop and pubs/restaurants, the flat was welcoming to return to after our day’s exploring.

We arrived in the dark and stumbled around a little before locating the flat, because Timber Bush covers quite a large area and our location apps were not quite detailed enough - perhaps a detailed map would have helped?
