"Owner was great from the start had a good time in Edinburgh and will be back"

Location to the trams for onward travel was great. Found good food and drink close by. Appartment was in a quiet location with parking provided.

Appartment is to a good standard with only a little updating needed. Not a fan of all wooden floors but understand the need. Only very minor issue which the owner accepted which did not effect or stay. That all said I would stay there again and good value for money.

"Central and conveniently situated"

It’s location- central for Leith and the tram . Very clean and an easy check in .

Quite a tired feel to it .Tap loose in the en-suite . Sofas were worn. Quilts and covers very thin . Could do with redecorating.

It's spacious, tidy and clean. Good location. Heating (both room and water) are superb! Responsive host. Check in/check out was easy and quick. Didnt have any problems with the accommodation.
