"Superb"

Comfortable and in quiet location just 2 mins away from tram stop so can be on Princess st on 15 mins. This was a good base for the Fringe. Leith also has some nice pubs and restaurants on the doorstep It has a good washer dryer and well equipped kitchen

We don't mind single beds but might not suit everyone

"Fantastic stay in Leith"

The accommodation was ideal for the week we had ie: going to the Tattoo, the Britania , the Fringe festival , the Zoo and general site seeing which were all easily accessible from Leith by a very efficient tram and bus service. Overall it has a 10 out of10 from us in covering all of our needs resulting in a great week away.

Great location, not far from the tram. The property was great, and very spacious. It was quiet, clean and comfortable to stay in. The host/staff were very kind and helpful. Would recommend this. We loved our stay there.
