Gatwick hideout

The country location yet so close to Gatwick was superb and it was lovely to have our own little house with outside seating.

The only thing that would have improved our stay was a coffee maker.

The hideout is soooo cute. It's the perfect little place for a romantic night or few nights. We in fact stayed the night before our wedding day, stayed with my mum and got ready here, the host was so accommodating, plenty of places for the MUA and Hair dresser to park, it's tucked away so felt safe and cozy. Bed was so comfortable, facilities were lovely, bathroom was so clean and modern. They even had some provisions in the cupboards and fridge for our use which was amazing. Then my new husband and I stayed the night of our wedding, so romantic and perfect. We have already rebooked for our anniversary

Everything... Fabulous accommodation in a quiet village with 2 walking distance pubs. Parking is easy, with a space behind The Hideaway. Everything you could need for a relaxing stay can be found within the 'cabin' including tea, coffee and milk. Only 4 miles or so from Gatwick Airport, but a million miles in respect of relaxation. Planes regularly take off, but you'd expect that being so close. However the Hideaway is surrounded by trees so it's largely bird song that guests enjoy. Didn't see the owner during our stay, but this wasn't a problem as communication had been thorough prior to our arrival. Shall stay here again as such a great way to start a holiday.

The perfect place to start our holiday. Great communication from the host, friendly, helpful and informative. We arrived really late but that wasn’t a problem. The room was warm, comfortable and came with everything we needed. We even got to meet one of their beautiful dogs (Elsa) in the morning which made our day and sent us off to the airport with a smile on our faces. She was friendly and very very chilled, no barking, jumping or nipping. Just wanted to say hello and have a fuss 🤗 which we were more than happy to give. Can’t recommend enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our own tardiness. We wish we’d have arrived sooner so we could’ve spent more time relaxing outside with the dogs.

It was all good. We only didnt give top marks for staff because we didnt see anyone. Having said that communication was excellent

everything! location, facilities and nothing spared in the kitchen and bathroom. the dogs were an added bonus also
