Very very quite peaceful location. Very clean modern and attractive. All the basic amenities for a stay. Helpful unobtrusive host. Great internet so if you’ve streaming facilities on tables or accounts for Amazon Prime etc there’s no problem getting all the films etc you want!

The kitchenette is lovely but the lack of an oven means no crisp to heated food but as the details don’t say to expect an oven that’s totally fair!

Very good location, beautiful setting. We were very impressed with the high standard of fitout and design details. Immaculately clean, the hosts' entire property is very well cared for. The hosts were very friendly, communicated extremely well, and went out of their way to help us enjoy our visit.

Space is very limited: acceptable as a base for a short break, longer could be problematic.

There is nothing not to like when you stay in the beautifully converted Leat at the Old Mill.

"A wonderful stay and great acomodation. A little off the beaten track but worth the peace and quiet."

Our host Viv met us on arrival and gave us a tour of facilities. Very friendly. We loved the quiet location but it was still conveniently located for our visits of the surrounding areas and is only 50 mins away from the Eden project. We loved the style of the accommodation and everything was well appointed. We had two nights of great sleep.

There isn't really anything I didnt like. If I am being really picky, I would say include an extra pillow on the bed.

"Great place"

Lovely place, small but very comfortable and with everything we needed. Very peaceful. The use of the shepherd's hut is a lovely bonus. Viv was the perfect host, so welcoming and helpful.

It's down a long and bumpy narrow track, but it's worth it.
