Property was lovely, well designed interior and plenty of space. Great artwork

Had problem with oven. There was nothing I could find to suggest you had to set time or at least stop the flashing on oven before it would work. Had to go out to get a takeaway but on playing around with it later did get it to work. Also fridge had been left on a setting that caused milk and orange juice to be frozen next morning! Turned it down but shouldn’t have been left like that. All problems I sorted and certainly wouldn’t prevent me from booking again which I will do.

Location close to historic venues & shops

Information book very informative re shops, cafes & restaurants. However a map included in book would be very helpful, especially for overseas visitors & information regarding secure parking venues, as no parking available at venue. Front door very difficult to open, due to age of building, requiring a big push when turing the key.

Minor stuff - noise from office downstairs. More teaspoons please. Some road noise but road not busy.

Beautifully furnished, very comfortable, perfect location, lots of character. Pretty much everything needed. Central but generally quiet location.

Nothing major, although a nice touch would have been a coffee pod machine. One frying pan had a layer of grease on it, but everything else was nice and clean. Maybe a second set of towels would be nice to leave in a drawer for people staying more than a couple of days.
