Really appreciated the items placed into the fridge which we used to make our breakfast. So comfortable and spacious apartment. Great facilities. Eleanor email information was spot on..so no need to ask any further questions

Better coffee pot. Had to search for the power switch for the cooker extractor Oven only works with grill fan setting

Great location - quiet street & not far from town - really clean; easy and convenient check-in via key safe. A nice touch was fresh milk in the fridge and fancy biscuits left for our arrival.

Location excellent, apartment excellent. AirNorfolk staff very helpful when Booking.com system failed.

Booking.com. We never received our joining instructions from them, and the keybox code they gave us was incorrect. As a result we had to spend our first night in a hotel.

It seems bizarre to me that in an apartment rental at this price that there is no shower gel? I don't think I've stayed in an apartment setting before where there was none. It seems like a small issue, but actually it was quite inconvenient the sort of thing that you only notice when you need it, and by then it's too late. Carex hand soap to the ill-purposed rescue

I loved how easy it was to get there, really close to the town centre, I loved the decor, it was really welcoming and clean and lovely. Precisely what I was hoping for.

The instructions on how to get into the flat could have been a bit better.

You had to pay for parking, which is unnecessary as to enter the property through a locked door which also opens the garage.

The property was stunning. Great size, really clean, everything you needed in the kitchen plus two tv’s.
