Very new and modern... All good quality. Bright and well equipped... Super TV set up... Great coffee nachine and coffees left...

The BED in the small bedroom was far to big... Wooden frame and impossible to walk round the bed... Must get changed... Made life very difficult... Also require place mats/coasters or table cloth... Hot plates on a glass table not good!!!

"Cosy flat in a great location"

Great location for town (restaurants, harbour, shops etc) and for Porthmeor beach. Cosy flat, that wasn't too hot in June. Comfy bed (have stayed in plenty of places that aren't comfy). Hose outside to rinse off wetsuits and a balcony to hang them on. Keysafe by door, so can store keys there when out. Space round the side to store surfboard out of sight.

Seagulls can be noisy at dawn. Downside of a lovely seaside town. It's a hard life, eh! : ) Double bed only just fits in the bedroom, so if there are two of you, one will have to climb over the other to get to the bathroom in the night.
