To be fair we decided not stay here, the property was very “quaint” and quite small in fact there is more room in my jayco caravan. Parking was very inconvenient and not appropriatte for my needs

Remove the green house and provide onsite parking _ very small accomodation

Very modern and light little apartment, small, but very well equipped kitchen - you could whip up a fill meal there easily! Location is very central if you are fine with the short but steep walk uphill. Owners are readily available and extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations on how to make the best of our time in St Ives, much appreciated.

Bedroom is quite cramped for two people, takes a bit of getting used to. I would say it is perfect for a solo traveller, and good for two if you are really comfortable with each other :-)

Location was a good distance from the beach only a 5/ 10 minute walk and we'll equipt for self catering. Nice tucked in a corner

Not much privacy unfortunately :( it's on top of a garage so you have neighbours around alot but we're very friendly. We weren't comfortable at first due to the fact the property couldn't be locked/ secured but was quickly fixed from staffs end, however still unnerving it was only locked from neighbours side :( the rooms themselves were nice but quite cramped but that's to be expected with a small property

Host Ian was super helpful and thoughtful giving guidance where to walk the South West Coast path, how to travel around the region, best places to eat and more. The apartment was super clean and comfortable in a great location with everything you need to cook and relax or head out to the harbour/beach for dinner.

Peace and comfort. I appreciated the natural light and good lighting. Great location with the useful food shop opposite. Very comfortable bed.

Lovely, well thought out property. Perfect location. Good communication from the owner, very clean and well maintained. Far better than we expected.

A less bright light in the bedroom for late night reading and a bathroom bin would have been nice but these are fairly minor things.

Living spaces and clean with a good view of the sea and good location barring in mind have a choice of walking up 3 big hills!

Bedroom was to small for my liking and bathroom gets soaked from a shower, and door doesn’t open all the way. Tv was slightly off colour on left hand side

Good location got used to the steep hill into town. Great location for beach. Clean tidy. Great hosts let us check in early. Great coffee machine and extras such as tea and sugar.

Could of done with 2 pillows each on the bed. Also proper bath towels
