The flat was modern, clean and well equipped.

It is very small. It's the top of a garage.The ensuite and bedroom are particularly cramped. It's quite difficult to move around the bed because of the limited space. The Coachouse is located in a hilly part of St Ives and access on foot is challenging. There is no carparking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would not return.

Such a well appointed, clean apartment in a lovely location. Ian was a terrific host with lots of helpful information.

Clever and creative design has made the most of the space. The apartment was well appointed, modern & comfortable and a cosy haven. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and being able to cook at home. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and offered lots of helpful info and local knowledge. Also, we were in a great location with an easy walk into the town centre and not too steep coming home.

We made it work but space in the bedroom was a little tight.

Apartment was very clean with everything you need to cook and have a coffee or tea in the morning. Location was perfect - 2 min from the beach and 5 min from town center. Ian, the owner was easy to exchange with.

Bathroom was a bit small and nothing could be stored without being wet by the shower.

Lovely location within walking distance of Portmeor beach and centre of St Ives (both downhill!) It was elegantly appointed, well maintained and spotless throughout. We enjoyed a quiet and cosy stay and the owners paid great attention to detail by including easy instructions on how to get there, local amenities and a welcome selection of teas and coffee pods - thank you

Absolutely nothing

Really clean and the perfect size for a couples holiday. The location was amazing and we found everywhere with ease, will definitely be rebooking when we return next year!
