3 Bed Luxury Town Center Apartment with 50 inch 4K TV (Netflix & NowTV Ent. Pass)

The apartment was bog standard there were holes in the walls the tv is 20 inches max even tho it's advertised as a 50 inch the door handles kept falling off and for 280 for 2 nights thats a joke to have to deal with

Great location for the city centre Spacious Three toilets Bedding and towels were clean

There was no permit for the parking so we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to risk a fine of 100 pounds. Despite their being numbers for assistance, there was no response to WhatsApp messages, texts or calls. I did get one response via Booking.com. In the kitchen, vastly understocked. Very little cutlery, plates weren’t clean and we had to wash them. Freezer needed defrosting. Windows were cracked in places. The photos on the Booking.com page are what it used to look like - it could do with a deep clean.

The shower was great bed and rooms

The front door hand was loose, and the kitchen handle was off, so there was no way we could close it.

On arrival, I had to go looking around for the keys to the apartment as they not held by the building concierge, who was not onsite when we arrived Instructions on how to get the keys with in a pdf file that does not work on booking.coms Instructions. I had then to the telephone on booking.com 3 times to get Instructions on how to locate the keys. To me this not exceptable as keys should be on site and not in a location somewhere else. On arrival at the apartment , I looked around for any damages anywhere as I always do In the living room / kitchen , the following was found. One of the windows had a crack down the double glazed window when facing the window in the right-hand corner. Next, the door in the kitchen has a damaged handle which could lock you in the kitchen if no other person was with you. There are marks on the white table in the living room and also on the 4 seated table. Cutlery, we had I desert spoon to stir tea, etc, with so take your own Cutlery. On entering the twin room again in the right-hand window was also damaged and worse than the living. There is a TV but no channels if you want to watch TV.. The shower was really hard to get hot water, maybe some Instruction to help you have a decent shower. I don't usually complain, but a lot needs to be done for clients to refresh the apartment. I will advise anyone having a long weekend away or for booking longer to take photos on the day of arrival to cover you from any accusations . I have photos to cover all of the above

Place is in need a an update. Not enough cooking pans and utensils.

There wasn't one bit I could say I liked it was that bad I left early after the first night

Communication from host was shocking. Front door doesn't lock cracks in the windows one held together with gaffer tape. Bath tap not working place was filthy neighbourhood very unsavoury couldn't even stay for the time we booked we actually left. How this is allowed on booking .com I don't know
