Good location

Very tired needs updating

It was unclean and the bed was broken. Beard trimmings around the sink, food up the walls and mould in the bathrooms. An utter disappointment and very expensive for what it is.

cleanliness

The apartment is large so there is a lot of room for staying a few days. Including several bathrooms.

I am worried it was unhealthy to stay there due to what seems to have been a flooding, that someone have tried to dry up, and "cover up". There is bad smell, and it smells awful, just like it is very unhealthy to stay there.

Location and parking

The location of the key was too far from the property I understood from the caption that “ 3 bed “ meant 3 bedrooms. There were 3 beds alright and only 2 bedrooms. False advertising in my view

The apartment was nice. I just needed some work done. The bed needed to be fixed. The shower head fell off the toilet was not flushing properly the stove not working properly no good pots and ban

The place is a very nice place. It's a good location. just need some things taken care of, and it will be worth it

The beds were very comfortable and warm, the lounge area and kitchen was cute and nice to relax in before going to bed.

However, when we arrived we noticed the door handle to the front door and kitchen/lounge were extremely loose and nearly broke off. The toilet in the main bedroom ensuite was leaking from the pipe, we had to place tissue to prevent it from leaking everywhere, it was also detached from the wall so if you used it, it would move. The spare toilet would not flush, the tap in the bath wouldn't turn to give hot water. And 1 night of using Netflix we was kicked off the account. Don't bother using the numbers because neither of them work. I am extremely disappointed it is not worth the nearly £250 I payed, I would like a a partial refund immediately. In the main bedroom the wardrobe has some slight mould (doesn't show up in pictures) and as you can see from the pictures below, the wall in the bathroom was poor quality and the machine on the wall (unsure what it is) was almost melted away and turning black.

The lounge and kitchen area was good. Except the filthy rug and a filthy windows with one cracked. The location is very central.

You enter the flat and the first thing you notice is damp smell. The main bedroom ensuite bathroom was horrendous and we didn't use and kept the door shut. I've never seen anything like it, black mould covered the wall and water marks running down it. The master bedroom had damp and black mould growing behind the door and near the wardrobe. The wardrobe back was marked with black mould spores. The window had cellotape around it so I dare not open it! The twin bedroom was better but still had a few mould spots and the en suite shower room was usable but again it had a few black mould areas. The furniture was well worn ie dining table and chairs, coffee table. I think it's totally not fit for renting out in the state it's in!

We went to visit my elder son at university in northampton. It was just for two nights. I thought the accommodation would be good as it is close enough for us. All in all, it is not a value for money. I would rather book a hotel next time I need to go and visit my son at university. Booking.com could not help either.

I hated the accommodation. The windows were broken, and cellostape was used to hold it. There were moulds in both bedrooms, in the bathroom, and the shower room. My little girl and I slept on the sofa in the living room. It was so uncomfortable. The property keeper were very rude in their response to complain. No word of compassion.
