Work Stay - Balcony - Parking - Full Kitchen

Location is quiet mid density housing development between the River Tawe and the embankment of a main road. Fairly standard one bedroom apartment with a balcony that would get some use during warmer weather. Strong sensation that I was in a building with the same limited construction goals as some budget new build hotels I have stayed in. Overall better value for money than a hotel room and ideal for one person or perhaps a couple, but no more than that. A short drive from Morfe retail park with Supermarket pharmacy and some restaurants.

1. Key collection via lock box was confusing. Instructions received were accurate but insufficient for someone who had never been to the location before. Not a problem should I stay at the same place again. 2. The polished metal plaque identifying the apartment building is not readily visible from street level when in a vehicle or at all. The property's main door is down steps below street level with the sign to one side of the door making it almost invisible. Drove past it MANY times trying to find it with increasing confusion and decreasing patience. 3. The parking place for the apartment is "along the street" but not it was not mentioned of it being +50 metres away, two or three buildings along, and underneath someone else's apartment. The physical disconnection of apartment and its allocated apartment definitely made it more secure..... I couldn't find it for nearly an hour. 4. The allocated parking places have numerous instances of the identifying paint being missing due to erosion of the paint, adding to confusion of which parking place I should have been looking for. Because the allocated parking for this property is undercover, it does not have this problem but it made it harder to identify. 5. There are THREE lock boxes in the allocated parking bay. WHICH should I chose... turns out to be the top one but I wasn't sure until calling owner's representatives for help. 6. PLEASE.... a. Supply a map with the access instructions. b. Explicitly mention that the allocated parking is undercover of another building "along the street". c. Indicate where the lock boxes can be seen and which one applies to the property. 7. None of the TVs worked.

Nothing

Everything, the couch was old, the place did not smell nice, dirty plates, bed springs worn, dirty bedding, parking bay had a bin on it that couldn't be removed so we had to park our car on the street, when the toilet was blocked we had to fix it ourselves, unhelpful staff via WhatsApp, messages only replied to hours afterwards, blinds was broken, TV remote batteries was flat, the extractor fan in bathroom is weak, pots and pans look like it is ready for the bin, knives were all blunt, bedding was threadbare

The shower was good Location was central

The stains, the mattress, the mould,the draft. The tv didn't work No wi,fi Wrong directions, mix up with lock boxes No help to physically fix the issues I reported and the expectation that I would just do it myself.

I didnt have a mountain view. I had a view of the maintenance shed.

The wrong keys were put in the key safe. The remote control did not work at all.

Very easy to contact and communicate with property management company. Reporting any problems were resolved next day.

Parking space has storage shed so car does not fit though more than enough parking close to entrance of apartment.

I couldn't understand the instructions given in the 10 emails that you sent me. Took a lot of calling the customer service to figure out the lock box and get the keys. I am not happy. Please sent information in few emails. Please dont send 10 emails with 10 different instructions.

It was a good apartment to stay.

Bed was terrible. Curtains not washed properly. Very confusing parking area
