Amazing views and a beautifuly designed shepherds hut in a great location. Highly recommend.

Cozy and clean. Beautiful caravan equipped with everything I need. Strong WiFi. I’d come back in the spring and summer when the days are longer and for a longer stay. It’s a perfect place to retreat to work remotely. I also love the privacy but I know that I felt assured that I would get help if needed.

Nothing really, Perhaps if there’s a hairdryer handy, it’d be perfect, but it’s not a big deal.

Perfect place for meditation 🧘‍♂️ and getting back to nature. You can have complete silence if you want it and is great for energy healing.

If you don't drive it's a taxi ride from Gloucester costing about £25 but I think that's pretty reasonable.

Loved this cosy hut which was well equipped and very clean. Lovely decor and nice welcome pack, even provided local takeaway menus if you didn't want to cook. Well stocked with wood for the firepit and charcoal for the bbq. Lovely, comfy chairs to sit outside and relax and enjoy the peacefullness of the countryside, with just the sheep and cows for company. If you want to relax this is the place, if you want a base to explore the same.

Nothing, it was amazing

The hut is amazing through and through! When we booked, we were a little unsure of the way it would actually be. My greatest concerns were tidiness, the bug, or better said, the spider situation, the storageroom we would have for our luggage. That’s why we only booked four nights in the beginning. As soon as we arrived though, everything was perfect. It’s exceptionally tidy and clean! The hut ist very well kept, has a modern kitchen built in, supplied with plates, cutlery, pans, a toaster, everything you might need. The bed was super comfy and big enough for two. I loved the bathroom. It was clean, spacious and overall exceeded all expectations. We were provided with enough firewood to keep us warm, charcoal to fire up a barbecue. The sheep are a truly calming sight to see in the evenings. The only times they got a little bit louder was at feeding times, but it was a fun sight as well. It is absolutely beautiful there, so we decided to extend our stay. Sam made it very easy and took great care of us. We were always offered more firewood, fresh towels and honestly just anything we might need. Oh and the spider situation was not a situation at all! Although it’s very close proximity to fields and woods, we didn’t have any big spiders come visit us. What a pleasant stay. We are definitely coming back!
