Swallows Nest

The living area, dining area, and kitchen were perfect for our family group. The location was also perfect for us: near to the things we wanted to do and just a stone’s throw from Sheffield.

Superbly equipped, spotlessly clean, loads of space. Good village location with local facilites on hand. Easy to access the local hills etc; 10 mins drive to the centre of Castleton.

Car Parking (Land Rover Discovery Sport) was incredibly tight. External Spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge as the entrance.

Fantastic location and nice spacious flat. Across the road from Co-op for supplies. Close to every touristy thing and walks you would want to do in Peak District.

Car park is tight to get into since it is on main road. Not a complaint, just a fact to be aware of.

Excellent location. Right next to the co-op store and a fish and chips place and a bakery! Close drive to Castleton, which is great!

Could have provided a couple of extra toilet rolls. One roll for 3 days between 3 house members isn't exactly enough. But it isn't that big a deal..everything else was super!

Very spacious, very comfortable apartment. Great location for exploring the Peak District. Big Co-op across the road, good chip shop the other direction.

Parking area is a bit tight. On-road parking limited or risk a fine.

extremely clean, comfortable and well positioned for exploring the peak district. The appartment was very well furnished so it made our stay even more comfortable. It was also well furnished, modern and lovely overall. I appreciated also that it was so conviently located to visit the Peak District and even the small village had a supermarket, bakery and other stores and fish and chips making life even eaiser. A wonderful stay !
