Access up stairs, no good for those with poor mobility. Parking space is small for a large car.

Village location. Ease of parking.

Bathroom needs some attention eg broken floor tiles. Poor shower head. Cockerel in next door garden. Road noise due to single glazing - many lorries running through village from quarry.
