Everything…Very clean and tidy, as soon as I walked through the door I fell in love with the apartment it was up to date with lovely colours. All the amenities we required. Beds were very comfortable, en suites well equipped. Special touches were very much appreciated. Car Parking is excellent too. Tim was waiting for us on arrival as promised and also helped us unpack our car and again helped pack the car when we left, he is a super host.

Absolute gem! From booking, right through until our trip, Tim was helpful. The apartment was outstanding, clean & so cosy & homely. Everything provided from bedding, kitchenware, toiletries to bread, milk & sweets for the children, Perfect for our family, We parked up on day one & got exploring the city by foot, the apartment is well located, within a historic building itself - which brought more of a charm to our trip. Def recommend & would book again when visiting York. Thank you Tim

We can't find anything we didn't like about the apartment... If we have to mention something we didnt like... Remembering its in an "apartment block" so very ocasional noise from other residents & cooking smells within the corridor, but this is out of the owners control & a real minimal criticism. The place is so lovely & calming.

Fabulous location, fabulous facilities. Everything you could possibly require to enjoy such a wonderful city
