Cocoa River - Quiet city centre, close to the Shambles, on the river, two bed, two bath, allocated parking

Immaculate property - everything was clean, tidy, in good order. A really lovely stylish place to be!

This is really picky - the sofa wasn’t very comfortable. That’s it, the only thing I could find negative about the accommodation.

Tim was an excellent host. Always responsive and met us exactly where planned. The parking and building security is a bit tricky and having Tim there to explain everything was great. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylish. Generous treats and essentials provided.

Location... apartment is top quality. Tim makes you feel welcome.

Location is perfect and the "cherry on the cake" was on site secure parking. The apartment is fantastic value for money. It's modern, clean, well equipped with a view of the River Foss. Tim was an excellent host. He took us to the apartment, showed us around and how things worked. He then went with our driver to show him where to access the car park and park.

There was a nespresso coffee machine but would have also liked a cafetiere as we didn't have any coffee pods with us..

this apartment has a great location, just a few minutes walk to the old city center, nice and clean facilities with a very safe parking space.

The location is very good.

Everything about the apartment was as described and we all felt very comfortable during our stay. It felt like a home from home.
