Cocoa River - Quiet city centre, close to the Shambles, on the river, two bed, two bath, allocated parking

Clean, good beds, good location, quiet and well supplied. Great personal touches from manager Tim who was very helpful.

Tight bathroom, but very functional and all worked well.

This excellent apartment was in a quiet location, just ten minutes from city centre. It was immaculately presented and had everything you would want. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment was lovely and clean with a few little extras, like toiletries, sweets and tea/coffee etc. Quiet location: a pretty view of the river and secure parking was a bonus. The proximity to city centre was excellent.

We were fortunate to have lovely weather, but this made the apartment very hot at night. I wouldn't expect air conditioning in a property in England but an additional fan would have been appreciated. We bought one in a local supermarket though and our second night was much more comfortable.

Communication with Tim was very good! The flat was spotless and location really convenient. Really nicely decorated flat with river views. Would definitely recommend!

It’s super clean and aesthetic.

Everything was great - fantastic location, beautifully decorated, well equipped, Tim was an extremely helpful host. The open plan lounge diner, living room was lovely. There were also great restaurant recommendations

The bedrooms/bathrooms were a little more compact than expected, but you had everything you need and more! In fact, the shower itself was a great size.

Location, and a clean and comfortable apartment.
