Cocoa River - Quiet city centre, close to the Shambles, on the river, two bed, two bath, allocated parking

Gorgeous apartment, amazing location, this place almost too nice to rent with all the little extras. Onsite parking. Tim great host we will be back.

We loved everything

The location was only a 10 minute walk (if that) into the city centre. The apartment was clean, cosy and they had thought of everything we could possibly need. Decor was lovely. Tim was very helpful and we even got into the apartment earlier than said. He was at the apartment with our key as soon as we rang him and happy to help with any questions. We will be recommending this apartment to anyone wanting to go to York and we will be back.

A lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet area next to the River Foss and yet is only a short stroll from York City Centre. It also has a secure parking space included which was easily large enough for my Land Rover Defender 110. We were met on arrival by Tim who showed us into the property and also to the parking space. He settled us in perfectly, was very informative and a pleasure to meet! Thank you very much for being such an excellent host and we will be looking forward to our next stay.

The Apartment was in a great location, very secure and very well appointed. The beds we're very comfortable and bathrooms were excellent great size showers in both. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
