David’s apartment is amazing! It’s right in the heart of Tunbridge Wells town centre, yet feels incredibly private and peaceful. The apartment features a fully integrated kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, plus a handy utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer (David even provides washing powder and fabric conditioner!). We really appreciated the thoughtful extras — marmalade, jam, peanut butter, eggs, bread, butter, milk, cereals, tea, coffee, and sugar were all provided. As an added bonus, we were able to check in earlier and check out later than expected, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spotless and modern. We also had the chance to view the apartment downstairs, ‘The Snap Pad,’ which David also rents out — it’s a bit smaller (sleeps up to six people) but just as charming.

It was exactly as described, warm, welcoming and perfect for our overnight stay. Beds were extremely comfy, even the blow up one. Apartment was extremely clean & well equipped.

There was nothing I would change about the property.

The apartment was one of the best kept rentals I have stayed in. Excellent location, easy access and a fabulous coffee place opposite. The owner went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I was in the apartment for 3 weeks and would have been happy there for much longer.

The property had everything you needed. Only stayed for one night but would have had no problem staying longer. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. David the host was very accommodating and friendly. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
