The Dragon Pad Boutique Apartment

It’s through a few gates and locked doors but the explanation of how to get in was very clear and we had no problems at all. It is clean and well equipped. The M&S food and toiletries were very welcome. The apartment is compact but the location makes up for any lack of space. We just needed somewhere to rest our heads for a few hours. David was really helpful with all our requests, answering emails and messages very promptly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The coffee from St. Kildas over the road was absolutely delicious!!

Nothing. It’s exactly as described. Parking is a little walk away but it always is when staying in a city centre. And that was explained in advance.

David is a great host. The apartment is located in the heart of the city and is well-designed and comfortable. I would recommend choosing this accommodation. David's customer service is exceptional.

All was good!

Its was a great property close to all amenities in Tunbridge Wells. Well set out with everything you could need. Modern and clean. The owner is very helpful and sent clear instructions that explained where everything was and how to access the property.

Perfect for us in every way but isn’t suitable for anyone that has mobility issues due to stairs

Provided alot of things for breakfast, however didn't use it. Thanks for that, very thoughtfull

The bathroom being on a drifferent floor

The host was rude, locked the second bedroom despite us renting the whole apartment. Host had to come and open the second bedroom when we stated that we did not wish to share a bedroom hence we rented the apartment. Wanted to charge for things outside of booking.com which was already paid for. Location good. However, apartment over shop floor, dark alley to get there with very dim lighting. Lots of stairs to get into apartment and in property would be difficult for older users.

Very convenient location and excellent access information. Also lovely available breakfast — eggs, bread, coffee etc!
