Well presented cozy apartment. The apartment is to the rear of the building so no street noise. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

I've deducted a point because the cleaning wasn't 10/10 a little more attention to detail would rectify this. Having to bring your own towels is a little unusual. These minor issues wouldn't stop me from staying again.

good access to buses and beach and good restaurants next by. Appartment was quiet and clean.

It was not as centric as I thought thinking about to be in Bournemouth, but I said good net public transport. Recommended

Accommodation was very good, clean and comfortable.

Staff communication was very poor, had to chase to confirm access details to the property after confirming for the second time that the deposit had been paid, and then had to chase the refund of the damage deposit. Also no apology for the late refund of the deposit. Also requested invoice using both the number provided and booking.com messaging, but was ignored despite this being described as a service provided by the property.

The property was beautifully decorated, modern, stylish and very cosy. It had a really lovely atmosphere and we especially loved the entrance area and the downstairs games/play room in the basement. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The location was also very good, with no problems finding parking, and communication with the owners was easy and friendly throughout. We travel to Portsmouth every few months for my courses and usually turn it into a little family getaway for 2–3 days, and this place honestly made the trip even more special. We were genuinely very impressed with the apartment and would definitely love to come back in the future.

There was honestly nothing we disliked during our stay. Everything we needed was provided and the apartment was very comfortable.
