Redbanks Apartment

The property was superb - it was large with all the appliances we required, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a separate lounge area with a bay window overlooking the street which was very atmospheric. The location could not have been better, very close to the bus station, supermarkets and shops, hiking trails, etc. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite its central location. Our hosts were very responsive, making our stay very smooth.

Spacious kitchen and living room. Excellent tvs. Quantity of crockery, cutlery etc. Cool internal temperatures in hot weather. Quality of sofas. Central location.Quantity of teabags, coffee.

Poor quality mattresses.Bedroom furniture tired. Bar stools in kitchen had splayed legs and we kept stubbing our toes on them. Bread knife was blunt. No cafetières provided. Nespresso type machine only had fruit flavoured capsules.

Very comfortable, warm, convenient, attractive. Generous with eg tea, coffee, toilet rolls. Good quality towels and linen. Helpful directions for all facilities.

Water pressure could have been better. We were not keen on Alexa!

It was spotlessly clean and spacious.

Nothing major, just feel a sign could be erected over the entrance gate making it easier to find as when we arrived the gate had blown open so we couldn't see the name, which meant we had to drive around for 20 minutes. As I said this is a minor detail and did not impact our stay in anyway.

Clean, spacious, good location. Everything was walking distance and a lot of walks starting from the town.

No recycling bin at the property Some of the pots & pans were not induction ready but they had an induction cooker The smaller bedroom had a cold draft so it was the cold at night

Size of the property was great, it was perfectly located and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. What made it even better was the parking permit, this was so very helpful with the list of car park it worked in.

Only thing that wasn’t the fault of the property was early deliveries outside.

Great location, both for access to the town and also for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Really hard not to like. It took me a few minutes to figure out the dishwasher and washing machine, there were probably instructions somewhere, I didn’t ask but the owners/managers were super helpful and would have helped had I asked them.

Excellent location and comfortable stay. The Alexa was great. Two bathrooms were ideal for us and the dogs loved the space! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and even though we had three cas it was easy to park in the local car park.

A bit short on kitchen accessories this year. Couldn't find a grill pan or a fish slice.
