Ruim appartement, goed ingericht, mooi uitzicht op zee

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, aber die Hausverwaltung war leicht überfordert ... siehe unten.

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, welche die Wohnung verwaltet (Luxury Coastal), war miserabel. Es bedurfte mehr als 20 Emails, um an die PIN für den Schlüsselkasten zu gelangen. Entschuldigungsversuch: "Ihre Anfrage wurde bisher von einem Chat Bot bearbeitet." Zudem hatte es die Agentur versäumt, für eine Reinigung der Wohnung zu sorgen. Der Reinigungskraft war nicht Bescheid gesagt worden. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft völlig verdreckt. Dem Besitzer und der Reinigungskraft war das endlos peinlich. Tausendmal "sorry" und ein Entschuldigungsgutschein für ein örtliches Restaurant.

There should be two sets of keys supplied for friends or group use. Using just the safe box for one set of keys was inconvenient the entrance could be brightened up a bit, although understand that might be difficult.

Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit

Location was fantastic. And free parking too. It was spotless, the beds were so comfy.

We loved this apartment. It is wonderful! If you like gardens, there is a lovely park around the corner, Morrab Gardens & Penlee Park music venue and gardens are up the road. Penlee house is a lovely gallery & museum with a cafe. There are stone circles nearby if that intrigues you. We climbed up to the castle & walked the footpath.

The location is amazing - overlooking the Atlantic, across the road from the promenade, close to Penzance town, close to bus and train station, completely perfect for us. The flat is spacious, airy, clean and well stocked with most things you could need for a good break from home. The bedrooms are enormous and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has both bath and separate shower. The outside space (a rarity for Penzance) is wonderful, we especially liked it at dusk, watching the boats come and go to Newlyn. No parking with the accommodation, but free parking is easy to find if you put in a smidge of effort. Highly recommended!

That Atlantic View Apartment was Smashing Delicious and amazing because the bed I sleeping on is very comfortable and also the Internet works a treat at the holiday flat as well
