Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property offers self check-in only. In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Please note early check in are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested at least 1 hour before the early arrival time and are subject to approval by the property. Early check in between 11:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 20:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 20:00. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 23:30 costs GBP 39 to check in after 23:30 (these additional costs do not apply to bookings made after 19:00 on the same day). Please note late check out are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested by 9:00am on the check out date and are subject to approval by the property. Late check out between 10:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of 35 GBP per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of 200 GBP Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Okay okay room.Not very clean.

Terrible communication. Hidden extra 6£ per person that they don't mention but will only provide you with the code after the payment is made and it's impossible to communicate. Terrible experience Avoid even if it is very cheap.

I did not go, due to properties unclear policies which they are using their fine print to condone this. No where does it say you will have to send your ID via whatapp and make the “insurance payment” on an unsecured site from the link given on WhatsApp. Mind you this is all automated service. There is no way to contact the host other than the robot on WhatsApp. After feeling pressured to enter my details on this stripe link site from WhatsApp. I was then told I have to pay an extra £30 to check in at my agreed and advertised time of 3pm. My refund now lies with the discretion of the Host. I have missed this trip due to their dodgy website, practices and not being able to speak to a human to feel more secure and verify before making payments on this dodgy site. Booking.com customer service were very unhelpful, I have lodged a formal complaint.

Filthy beds and duvets Dodgy electrical sockets with lamps that didn’t work Bathroom door lock stuck so my son got locked in No running water in one of the bathrooms Only given one towel for 4 people Booking.com states check in from 3 but actually it is from 4pm Not as advertised in the pictures - only one glass in the kitchen and limited cups and kitchen ware

There was a load of extra charges after booking that don’t make any sense but by this point you can’t get a refund so had to pay it. It’s a good hotel for workers. Just bear in mind there is some id checks and silly pointless charges to pay. Con

Only good thing was showers were clean and OK. Not as advertised, looks nothing like the pictures. I normally give places the benefit of the dought as sometime people just like a moan. But I was so wrong. Deffinetly not a true rating.

We checked in on Friday the 4th, and had sent through our expected arrival time of 3-4 pm on Tuesday the 1st via booking.com. Despite sending messages and questions the day before, we received no reply until 3 pm on Friday. Upon arrival, the property was not ready at 4 pm, and we had to wait an hour and a half. Attached pictures but could only pick 4 to try and highlighting the state of the property. We noticed inconsistencies in the prices listed on booking.com and those communicated via WhatsApp, as well as discrepancies in the check-in times, which varied between 3 pm and 4 pm. The property had several issues. There was damaged furniture both inside and outside, making it unsafe to sit on the chairs. The wardrobe was not fixed to the wall and was dangerously wobbly. The courtyard was poorly maintained with sharp prickles. The property reeked of smoke, which persisted throughout our first night. We do not smoke. The windows could only stay open when pushed fully up, allowing smoke from the courtyard to fill the property from previous guest. Although the cleaner did a good job, there was no toilet paper despite our request, and we had to purchase some late on Friday night. No bin in the kitchen. There was dampness and mould around the windows. The crockery was chipped and broken, with only one glass provided for a property that can accommodate five guests. The door to the back bathroom did not work properly, causing my mum to get stuck twice. Additionally, the tap in the other bathroom had no water coming out. I have videos so will add these to the WhatsApp message as they are too large to send via email. Overall, our stay was extremely unpleasant and did not reflect the advertisement or the rating. We request a refund due to false advertising. Many of these issues have been mentioned in previous reviews and have clearly not been addressed, indicating that they weren't caused by the guests before us.

Nothing - we weren’t able to check in until 5.30pm after paying for early check in

It was dirty, beds bathrooms, floors. Furniture broken old and coming away from walls. Outside was unkept, dirty and not lit up. Not enough kitchen utensils to use for us all. Smelt like cabbage. No running water in bathroom.
