Great stay. Lovely apartment and well set up for a short break in Manchester. About a 20 minute walk outside of the centre right around the corner from Manchester Arena. As previous reviews have written, it is in a remote industrial area so I would recommend getting a cab back in the evening but my friend and I (two girls in our 20s) felt fine getting there and leaving during the day. Easy check in, no bad noise, apartment was clean, a little dated/some broken blinds but nothing major when we were out all day anyways. We had been worried after seeing lots of bad reviews online but it was a great stay. You do need to read the booking instructions and leave bank details for a deposit but again, this was not charged to my card and the hold was gone the day after we checked out. Don't be put off by the bad reviews, its a good budget option.

Location was remote and could certainly be a bit unsafe at night time. It felt safe once in the apartments however and there was cctv and a code to get into the building so randoms couldn't get in. Some damaged/tired furniture and broken blind cord but it wasn't an issue.

The apartments are well presented and clean. They are located in a slightly industrial area, but this does not detract from the comfort of the apartments and means that the location is quiet. Within easy walking distance of the city - about a 20 min walk in to the centre of town or a very quick Uber ride. Keypad operated outer door meant it felt safe once you were inside. Kitchen well laid out with all the crockery cutlery and utensils you need. Check-in was easy and the host was very approachable.
