La casa veramente carina e confortevole, cucina provvista di tutto, bagni nuovi e ben tenuti, ci hanno accontentato sull'orario del check-in. Direi tutto perfetto, sicuramente se torneremo a Manchester andremo nuovamente ad alloggiare lì.

L'unica pecca il divano letto, per esigenze ho dovuto dormire lì ma il divano era praticamente rotto e scomodissimo. Ma è una piccolezza.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked through Booking.com. I was extremely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with the location, the safety, the communication, and the check-in arrangements.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Manchester in a very remote and isolated area. The surroundings are mainly large warehouses and wholesale stores. I arrived at around 8:30 pm, and by the time I got near the hotel it was already dark. There were hardly any street lights on the roads nearby, and the whole area felt extremely dark and unsafe. There were also almost no cars or pedestrians around at night, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. More importantly, the entrance to the hotel was locked with an access control system, but I did not receive any email or text message with the entry code in advance. I waited outside for nearly two hours. I sent emails and got no reply, and the phone number was unreachable. I was travelling with two children — an 8-year-old boy and a 3-month-old baby — and despite calling and knocking on the door repeatedly, nobody responded. In the end, we had no choice but to leave without checking in. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked through Booking.com. I was extremely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with the location, the safety, the communication, and the check-in arrangements.

No cleaners had been before our arrival so it was left how the last people left it when they stayed , no clean bedding beds were slept in, pile of dirty towels also no clean ones at all , no toliet roll , no heating too so it was freezing
