"Apartamento duplex muy nuevo, máxima relación calidad/precio"

Los apartamentos son nuevos y se encuentran en muy buen estado. Los electrodomésticos son de calidad. La TV es Full HD y Smart. Nuestro apartamento era dúplex y eso te permite disfrutar de 2 niveles separados. La ubicación es un tanto desangelada (en una zona industrial), pero nunca tuvimos sensación de inseguridad, y está muy cerca del centro y muy bien conectado por BUS. Tiene un centro comercial muy cerca donde comprar, y un LIDL tambien muy cerca.

Good but it needed a better clean.

TV was a bit of an issue. Remote had only one battery. Got sorted eventually. Oven was also really not clean and there were no trays to cook oven foods. Cheap trays would have sufficed

1. When we got to the property the apartments door wasn’t locked and open, and the lock was stuck open so we had to fiddle with it to get it working 2. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes 3. The dishes and utensils in the cupboard also were a little bit dirty 4. The floors were dirty 5. In one of the bedrooms on the other side of the pillowcase there was mold or something like that

"Great convienient place to stay, just needs a little look at the finer details and will be perfect!"

Great location and value for money. Ideal for 4 adults or a family of 4. Easy walking distance to city centre and AO arena.

Smelt quite strongly of damp in places. Some walls had paint peeling. Quite noisy in the mornings with the business units on the street, couldn’t have the window open as it was too loud. No cover on ironing board. No tea towel to dry dishes. Batteries in tv remote weren’t working.

Check in process was great. Really simple and well explained, and the property felt very secure. WiFi in the property is free and of great quality. Apartment is well set up, really spacious, and very easy to settle into.

Bit of a slow drain in one of the showers which meant we had to be mindful of the water overflowing the overflow tray, but the showers themselves were very nice
