The fact we didn’t get allowed into the property due to not signing a non disclosure form and paying an extra thirty pound at eleven thirty at night, after travelling six hours to the hotel. The location in of itself looked nothing like the photos, being in a very dodgy area and with lesser than expected facilities. We had unwashed and broken knifes, stains all on the bathroom wall in our room, a half hanging TV of the wall, and a toilet that hardly flushed. We booked another hotel the following night because of this, shocking facilities.

It was clean and had almost everything I could need! Easy, efficient check in. Despite a couple of small things I would probably stay again :)

Very loud at night/ walls very thin. No tea towels to dry dishes and not enough toilet paper to last my whole stay/ had to buy more. But this is not picking/ minor things.

Good location for a wedding we were attending and cheap taxi into Manchester city centre. Lots of space in the apartment.

1 of our apartments wasn't ready after 4pm when we arrived - even though we had been notified that it was. 1 of our apartments had a plaster on the floor of the bedroom. The bedrooms and lounge area did not feel clean enough and really need a makeover. As others mentioned there is still no tea towel for drying pots and pans. The oven gloves looked like they have never been washed. So many flies in the window sill - definitely didnt happen in the time that we got to the room / after cleaning. The paint/plaster in the corner of the room isn't very appealing. The doors need a wash/paint - very dirty.

This is my second time staying in pillo apartment, my first experiences was very good but my second was not good because there Internet was very bad . I was not happy with services. Their staff were good to help.

Through out the days i spent their was no Internet and its cost me more because of my work I need Internet

I would strongly advise against staying here. The check-in process was hostile and unwelcoming. Guests are required to present a passport or driving licence, yet this is only revealed after payment has been taken. The approach felt aggressive and deliberately misleading. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances, creating an atmosphere more like a prison than accommodation. These restrictions were not made clear at booking and raise serious concerns about transparency and fairness. The location is far from Manchester city centre, with poor soundproofing and constant noise from the street. Alarms went off during the night, and I even encountered a rat on the street outside the property. Finally, being asked to tie up rubbish and take it out at checkout was insulting, particularly given the cost of the stay. Overall, this property prioritises extracting money over providing even a basic standard of hospitality. There are far better, cheaper, and more honest options available elsewhere in Manchester.
