The apartment is beautifully designed lovely decor and very well appointed

Great location and amazing view of the beach. The flat is also nicely decorated and the kitchen fully equipped.

The cleanings could be better, it was a bit dusty and sofa, linen had some stains. Body soap and shampoo were missing. The bed and sofa were not very comfortable

First impressions all poor! Car parking was full and busy. Homeless people sleeping and drinking in shelter. Stair well scruffy and hot as an oven. Stairs steep and narrow. No air con. No WiFi 🙄 we moved out after one night

We loved the decor, layout and of course the view.

Strong drain smell after using the shower, damp patches around the apartment. The stairwell up to the property isn’t great, the carpet was coming off the stairs in areas which is a huge trip hazard and gave a a terrible first impression.

Location was great, great apartment with great views, clean & spacious, warm and cosy. Easy access to the beach, great local restaurants & shops plus M&S is a 20 min walk. Local buses get you into town very quickly where there's plenty of things to do.

The bed mattress was heavily used and didn't hold any shape which meant bedtime was extremely uncomfortable. A new mattress is needed, id love to stay here again BUT ONLY if the mattress is replaced. Lots of steps if your unfit (I'm fit so no problem for me)

Sea views, light and spacious apartment, lovely decor. Quiet location, with a shop, green grocer and takeaway just around the corner and only a few mins to the beach!

Steep stairs up to the flat, once inside the building, that had seen better days. Loose carpet on several stairs that was a trip hazard.

I was unable to enter the property, due to no keys in the lock box

Couldn’t gain access , moved to another property that didn’t fit my needs

Spacious apartment, nicely decorated and nice furniture. Living room and bedroom were lovely. Very bright and airy with wonderful sea view. Free parking outside or along the seafront. Convenience store around corner or Aldi c3 miles away in Bexhill. Quiet and peaceful. Would stay again.

6 flights of stairs to apartment might not be manageable for everyone, also some loose carpeting on stairs so be careful. Some cutlery and crockery were dirty. No spare loo rolls. Kitchen could do with a deep clean. Bed very soft but was comfortable. Towels smelt musty but thankfully took our own to use. Shower cubicle is very small so might not suit everyone.

The apartment was great - comfortable, clean, great location and value. We were very disappointed not to have been contacted prior to arrival that there was no water available for the duration of our stay. This meant carrying bottled water from the water station up the 52 steps to the flat! The view from the flat is gorgeous, however! The owner knew there was no water as 6 bottles had been placed in the flat.…we should have been given the option to cancel/ postpone/ rebook.
