The apartment is nice and very clean, loverly view and well equipped. The stove is difficult to use, but nothing that a manual would not fix, staff was attentive and answered on a timely manner. Unit was warm and met our expectations.

Overall, the property was as described, beds were the lack luster item. Lumpy, past their prime and uncomfortable. The futon was not confomfortable at all but we managed for the 2 nights. parking is not included and it's off street and at times it was difficult to locate a spot. The stairs were challenging specially if you have a lot of luggage or larger luggage.

The flat had a lovely feel to it and was kept clean. Also, it's a very quiet part of town.

There should be a warning about the stairs! I have a heart condition and trying to get our bags up there was not fun and left me struggling for breath. This property is not suitable for all.

The views were great. The apartment was large and tastefully decorated .

The staircase leading to the apartment was dirty and tatty. The kitchen wasn't cleaned properly (particularly the oven and fridge) and the pillows had a peculiar smell. Less importantly, there was no body wash in the dispenser , the toilet roll holder wasn't properly attached to the wall and the hairdryer didn't work.

Very spacious apartment and great value for money with easy access to Hastings Town centre. The apartment is well equipped, and the view is beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and could easily move in.

Unfortunately, there were a few small issues. The apartment seemed to have been rushed to prepare for our stay. Towels were damp, and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser was empty, but we found some under the bathroom sink. There was quite a lot of dust around, especially in high areas (top of the fridge freezer is caked in it) The apartment has a coffee machine, but unfortunately, there were no coffee pods or milk, not even uht (a shop is right around the corner). There is plenty of tea to choose from. The stairwell really lets the apartment down and could do with a good hoover and re-decorating.

The lobby is quite run down, which doesn’t give great first impressions. Also, bed linen smelled heavily of perfume, which made us think maybe it hadn’t be cleaned?

A truly hidden gem - exceptionally clean with an awesome bed and fabulous sea view :-)

It’s not a don’t like just a suggestion for improvement (although work is being done) - the stairwell didn’t give the best vibe .. needs to be a bit more inviting
