Great location- clean and quiet. Comfortable bed

Sparce- no extra blankets, coffee or tea. Had to co tact manager about WIFI, thermostat and hot water. Very little information on site

Central location

The entrance was very dirty and smelt strongly of damp. The stairs were extremely steep. I did not feel safe in the apartment so left after my second night of a planned 4 day stay. I also requested a receipt for the full payment 4 times and have been ignored.

The location of the property is great! The place is also exquisitely clean and looks just like the photos.

Close to a lot of shops so it was easy to walk around and still managing to find the way back home! The streets were alive at night which was surprisingly nice to have as background noise.

The dishwasher didn’t work or we couldn’t get it to work even though we tried, I would suggest putting up instructions on how to make it work and the same with the washing machine in the bathroom. There wasn’t much cleaning supplies, I enjoy keeping a place as clean as possible during my stay

Fantastic Location. Walkable distance from the station and with quick public transport connections to London and around Reading. World Cuisine restaurants are within 5-10 min walking distance. great place ot stay.

The facility has no lift or elevator. Carrying your bags tof the 2nd and 3rd floor, tests your physical fitness

The location is perfect, very center of Reading. Ian was super accommodating. It can be a little noisy from the living room on a Saturday or Friday night, but other nights are a lot more quiet.

Location is ideal in the heart of Reading central close to everything. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen area modern and new.

Dirty and worn out sofa-bed and rug. Dead spiders and dried French fries under the sofa ! Cold and basic environment that lacks effort and warmth. Stairs very narrow and steep, could be challenging if you are traveling with luggage.
