Luxury dog friendly home in Brixham harbour with sea views and free parking

So much going for this beautiful apartment- gorgeous light airy living room, comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The kitchen has everything. We also really appreciated how Julie took our booking at the last minute and made us feel so welcome. Location is great too - just a minute walk down to the harbour, but far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful at night.

Location was excellent. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The home was quirky and very clean.

A bigger duvet on the bed would have been better but that’s only because we are used to that. The bed linen was lovely and crispy fresh cotton.

The apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished and decorated. The host came to welcome us and helpful when needed. The views from the main window and one of the bedrooms is fabulous, over the harbour. Our welcome pack consisted of milk, a box of chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco - all very much appreciated. There is good wi-fi.

The Booking. com mentions free parking in the headline, which we assumed was at the property. When we received the final confirmation we found that it was 500 meters away. The properties own website, to which we were sent a link when we had paid the final amount, was clearer about this. Although it'es great to have free parking in Brixham, I think it should be clearer when booking where it is. We did manage to park opposite to unload and occasionally park for 2 hours in the street a few yards away. The oven only worked on one function, we did mention this on leaving.

Sinks were far too small , water constantly over the floor when brushing teeth washing face. But this is only a minor fault.

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every aspect of the accommodation. The hosts have been exceptional in supporting our needs and requirements. Not only did they message to let us know we could check in early. They are also sending a formula prep machine we left back to us.

Beautiful little flat in the most wonderful location. The views from the downstairs bedroom and sitting room were sublime and we enjoyed relaxing with our books watching the world go by. Easy access to lots of amazing restaurants, nice walks and the beach/harbour.
