Good location, 5 mins from village centre. Key code door pad easy to use, didn't have to worry about or share keys. Free parking a bonus. Butseemed More than 500 mtrs away. We'll equipped home

Could have done with a 2 seater settee instead of the large chair so two could share the splendid view.

Beautiful property with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. very comfortable sofa. excellent location - literally 5 minutes walk into brixham. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous shower. Excellent communication with the host. Lovely touches - milk, tea and chocolates! Woild love to stay again - in fact we booked for 3 nights but really wish we had booked for longer!

Parking for us was an inconvenience with a dog. The beds were a bit small and if we were a family where would everyone sleep if we were a 4.
