The staff were helpful & organised. They sent the PIN for the key box on time, gave us clear directions to the van and had everything planned nicely which was good. The price was also very cheap which is another plus. The bond deposit was refunded the next day so that was also another positive. If the van itself was clean this rating would have been much higher.

The van itself was very very dirty and outdated, in desperate need of modernising / refurbishing. There was mould in all corners of the bedrooms, the beds & bed protectors all had disgusting stains on them, the sofa was filthy with stains & marks all over, there was dirty stains even on the curtains. The main bathroom shower had damage to the plastic trim which is what I'm guessing caused the shower pressure to drop drastically. The toilet in the main bathroom hesitates to flush any more than once. The secondary toilet the light didn't work too. The mirror and dining chairs/stools had rust all over. Overall like I said the van is in desperate need of refurbishment.

The caravN was really nice modern had all we needed. Unfortunately it was dirty,smelly therefore we didn't have a pleasant stay

Dirty caravan had broken sink which could potentially be very dangerous especially with having young children.

Once the owners were contacted about the leak and smoke alarm they did get them fix right away.

On arrival caravan floor was wet from a boiler leak and smoke alarm was not operational. We had to deep clean the caravan as there was still food residue in the microwave and oven the fridge had hairs inside it. All the cushions were stained and there was mold in all the bedrooms.

The area is very good the caravan size is very good😍

The hoover stinks very terrible the master room have mold😞
