Not a B&B, we had our own breakfast but host provided scones, muffins, cream and jam - brilliant

Bed was tight to the wall on one side

Tricia was an amazing host as always. Third time we’ve stayed and each time is wonderful. We love the location and facilities available.

The hot tub was a god send & the woman was so lovely

An amazing place small and compact with a hot tub a beautiful view out over the sea and an interesting garden un arrival that was Fresh scones and cream supplied, the Host was very helpful this place is highly recommended

The location was perfect for us. We were met with a cream tea, chocolate biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge.Tricia was lovely and met us when we arrived even though it was later than expected due to bad traffic.

Nice unique little base for exploring South Devon

It was really nice that hot tub was free did use it and it was lovely and warm and relaxing.view from front was better than expected and was not really overlooked that much.drive up to property was very steep so wouldn't want yo do it in snowy conditions

Property was quite small and electric rings on oven were useless but managed anyway. Garden could do with a bit of tlc

Trish the landlady made our stay so enjoyable. Its situated in a beautiful, quiet location close to dawlish. It felt so homely and we had everything that was needed for our stay. I will definitely be paying another visit if its just to visit Trish because ive never met such a lovely lady who had a big part of making our stay so enjoyable. Thank you Trish xx
