Property is very well presented. second time we have stayed. enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Great views from the hot tub. Well equipped accommodation. very friendly and helpful host. would recommend and stay again.

hard to find any fault. some building work going on in other parts of the land but did not affect our stay

The bed needed beside tables or a little shelf.

Perfect host who rescued me from the roadside when I followed the wrong route from the bus stop. She was " the kindness of strangers personified" Comfortable accommodation in great location.

Everything we needed. The little welcome treats. Able to turn up at a convenient time. The host was lovely. Hot tub fab.. looking out over the Exe with the lights in the distance was really nice.

Good parking, great view, helpful owner, friendly and very clean

It is small! Couldn’t use hot tub because it didn’t have steps but we are in our 80’s!

A shelf in the shower would be useful, but otherwise the facilities were really good

Tricia was a lovely host and made us very welcome. The view was fantastic as was the location. We will return!
