Please note, there is no reception at this property. The property will send a formal confirmation email following a successful booking payment, detailing the very important information regarding your stay. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The following late check-in fees will be charged in cash: 19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50 Please note the accommodations is located on the second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. There is no elevator. Guest should specify the number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. If there is only two guests please advise if you will require the use of both bedrooms. The second bedroom can also be prepared as a double if requested at the time of booking, the default is a twin. Guests that require a high chair or travel cot should notify the property in advance using the Special Requests box or contacting the property using the details listed on the booking confirmation as these items are not stored at the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
