Spacious and tidy.

Check out time is 10am and required to to strip the bed before leaving.

Good location very close to the town, easy parking and clean spacious facilities

For the price you pay there is certainly no luxury. Would you like to check in 1hr early that will be an extra £25, if you would like a cot that £10 for your stay. They even charge you extra to add hypoallergenic bedding????? The complementary tea and coffee is poorer than that you find in most budget hotels (UHT long life milk blisters etc). Despite the £70 cleaning fee they also want you to strip all the beds which on vacating the premises which if you are disadvantaged is unbelievable. Whenever we stay places we stay mid range to high end and frankly I was I felt cheated by my stay with items that should be complementary as part of the price (we payed almost £300 a night). Furniture and Fittings are all IKEA...which in itself is fine...but don't label something as Luxury when it is far from it for the reasons I've highlighted

Quality of fittings and fixtures was exceptional. Very comfortable all round. Garden lovely position and quiet. Location very good and convenient fir the town centre.

Only negative issue we faced was the fact that the Patio door was extremely temperamental and difficult to lock.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Modern building with spacious rooms and good kitchen facilities. Very good for 4 travelling together for golf.

Beds were not very comfortable for our 7 day stay. One bathroom had a bath/shower combination that required a step up and over without any grab bar that would be challenging for anyone with mobility or balance issues. These issues were minor.
