Square Green No 11 - Garden

Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Very clean apart from the patio doors which were really dirty.

We had a nightmare getting the keys as the labels which told you which key safe to open were all faded. One was actually open with the keys inside but it wasn't the one we were staying in! It took ages to get the keys-not a good start. We tried to get injto the bin store but couldn't even after we had rung for the number. We paid over £800 for 3 nights and though it a bit much we had to strip our beds.

The location of this property is excellent, everything within walking distance thoroughly enjoyed staying here and we'll be back again in June!

The beds weren't the comfiest unfortunately, a little softer would be better but difficult to get something that suits everybody. My friend will take her own pillows on our next visit.

location was perfect bright apartment, the facilities are excellent and the property is lovely, super comfortable and well maintained. lovely to have the garden area too. good communication with the property management too

The apartment is very well kitted out, comfortable and in the perfect location for exploring St. Andrews and the surrounding area. This was a return visit because we found it to be so good the first time round. I’m happy to say we were not disappointed!

There was a light flickering in the bathroom which needed changing but this was a very small detail that is easily fixed!

The en-suite shower screen and timber skirting looks untidy and stained. needs some routine maintenance urgently as it can only get worse. We arrived early as planned to park up and head for lunch. We checked that the keys were in the key box only to be asked which apartment we were going to by a lady who had just checked the property was cleaned and ready for occupation. she gave us the keys as the apartment had been cleaned and was ready. This was a great result. HOWEVER we were then challenged by email about arriving early and suggestions that early check in is available at extra cost!! The email read as an aggressive challenge and was not warranted or received well!

Apartment was spotless and was self contained, had tea and coffee and beautiful toiletries. We loved it@

We paid a £70 cleaning fee but were asked to strip beds, which we thought was not good as we were on holiday. That needs to be changed as does not bode well.

Cafetiere of coffee or pods for the coffee maker would have been great
